Welcome to the Blockchain Dubai Exhibition & Summit (“the Event”). By registering for and participating in the Event as a visitor, exhibitor, sponsor, speaker, or media partner, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.1. Registration for visiting the Blockchain Dubai Exhibition & Summit is free-of-charge for all attendees.
1.2. To participate in the Event, visitors must register through the official website or designated registration platforms.
1.3. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or revoke admission to any individual or group at their discretion.
2. Event Program and Content
2.1. The Event will cover various topics, including Web3, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, NFT, Metaverse, AI, FinTech, DeFi, Gaming, and Health Technology, among others.
2.2. The Event program, including sessions, workshops, exhibitions, and speakers, is subject to change without prior notice. The organizers reserve the right to make adjustments as needed.
2.3. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the content presented, the organizers are not liable for any misinformation or errors in the materials.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1. All attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and media partners are expected to adhere to a high standard of professional conduct and respect for others.
3.2. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the Event without refund.
3.3. Attendees are responsible for the security of their personal belongings during the Event.
4. Photography and Recording
4.1. The organizers may photograph or record sessions, exhibitions, and activities during the Event for promotional and documentation purposes.
4.2. By participating in the Event, you grant the organizers permission to use your image or likeness in promotional materials.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All Event materials, presentations, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without the organizers’ written consent.
5.2. The Event may include presentations and exhibitions from various companies and individuals. Any use of their intellectual property must be in accordance with their respective terms and conditions.
6.1. Attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and media partners assume all risks and responsibilities associated with their participation in the Event.
6.2. The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property during the Event.
6.3. The organizers are not responsible for any loss resulting from changes in the Event program or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
7.1. The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms and Conditions will be effective upon posting on the Event website.
